EDHRC’s Post-Purchase Counseling program is designed to support individuals and families after they have purchased a home, helping them maintain stability and build long-term success as homeowners. Through in-person workshops, one-on-one sessions, and group classes, clients receive valuable information on how to properly maintain their home, refinance when necessary. Each client undergoes a personalized needs assessment to identify specific challenges or concerns, and is provided with the tools, resources, and referrals needed to manage homeownership effectively. The program also focuses on budgeting, understanding mortgage responsibilities, and preventing foreclosure through education and ongoing support.
